Time to invest in the South West
If we’re going to inspire young people to discover the world and their potential in it, we need to keep our hostels looking and feeling as fresh and welcoming as possible. This spring, three southern hostels will receive some serious TLC. One of them, YHA Swanage (pictured below), reopens in March with new en-suite rooms, an accessible room and a new self-catering kitchen.

We’re also busy fundraising to improve educational facilities so we can encourage today’s fossil hunters to become tomorrow’s geologists. Find out more and contribute to the project here: justgiving.com/yhaswanage. Historic YHA Bath and Cornish retreat YHA Perranporth are next to be refurbished, reopening in April.
